Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information Outryz ("the Service") collects and how it's used.

1. Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password — stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), contacts you add for sending campaigns, campaign content and sending history, and — if you connect Gmail or a business email (SMTP) — the credentials or tokens needed to send on your behalf.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service: sending the campaigns you create and enforcing daily sending limits.

3. Email sending credentials

Gmail access is authorized via Google's OAuth, and only the "send email" permission is requested. SMTP (e.g. business email) credentials you enter are stored to allow the Service to send on your behalf. These are never shared with other users or third parties, and are only used for sending your campaigns.

4. Tracking

Outryz sends plain-text emails and does not track opens or link clicks within the message body. The one exception is the unsubscribe link, which uses a unique per-recipient address so we can process opt-out requests correctly.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data or your contacts' data. Information is not shared with third parties except the providers necessary to deliver the Service itself (e.g. Google, for Gmail sending).

6. Data retention

Your account data, contacts, and campaign history are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
