This Privacy Policy describes what information Outryz ("the Service") collects and how it's used.
Account details you provide (name, email, password — stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), contacts you add for sending campaigns, campaign content and sending history, and — if you connect Gmail or a business email (SMTP) — the credentials or tokens needed to send on your behalf.
Solely to operate the Service: sending the campaigns you create, tracking opens/clicks so you can see campaign performance, and enforcing daily sending limits.
Gmail access is authorized via Google's OAuth, and only the "send email" permission is requested. SMTP (e.g. business email) credentials you enter are stored to allow the Service to send on your behalf. These are never shared with other users or third parties, and are only used for sending your campaigns.
Emails sent through the Service include a small tracking pixel and link tracking so you can see opens/clicks for your own campaigns. This data is only visible to the account that sent the campaign.
We do not sell your data or your contacts' data. Information is not shared with third parties except the providers necessary to deliver the Service itself (e.g. Google, for Gmail sending).
Your account data, contacts, and campaign history are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
