These Terms govern your use of Outryz ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You're responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it, including any email sending you authorize through connected Gmail or SMTP (e.g. business email) accounts.
You agree to only send email to recipients who have given consent to receive it (opt-in signups, or your own existing customers/clients). You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), and to include a working unsubscribe option in every email, as the Service provides automatically.
Sending email through the Service relies on third-party providers (such as Google/Gmail or your SMTP provider). Their own terms, limits, and policies also apply to your use of those services, and violating them may result in suspension of your account with that provider, independent of Outryz.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including as to deliverability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outryz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
